CROPS develops award-winning Economic Development Strategies Plans (CEDS), Five Year StrategicPlans, and Native American Publications.

CROPS is a Native-led/shared leadership 501(c)3 nonprofit that reflects a balanced leadership model, with Native representation across both board governance and executive leadership, ensuring decisions are grounded in cultural expertise while supported by experience operational execution. CROPS produces international award-winning publications that help Native American Tribes Win More Grants. Since 2015 we have promoted intergenerational learning, and youth-led rural development on the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe Reservation. Award winning films have been co-produced with Barcid Foundation, Crescent Sun Pictures, and Filmworks Pacific.
