  • Communication strategies and materials development

Our acclaimed team specializes in website design, flyer development, and other materials to support community engagement and outreach. We have produced videos, books, CEDS plans, and public service announcements (PSAs). Our publications and films have won over 50 international awards.

  • Cross Cultural Training and guidance

CROPS has worked in partnership with Native American Tribes since 2014 and has earned deep trust and respect with Tribal leaders. We can offer guidance to organizations on how to partner and work with Native American Tribes. Many funding partners and federal legislators rely on our ability to navigate.

  • Tribal Leadership Development

Through activities, such as the Native National Partnership Retreat, our team brings public speaking and advocacy communication coaching to Tribal leaders to improve funding requests to grant makers. We build bridges between funding partners and other agency resources to Tribal leaders.
